3. Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
4. Your violation of any rights of a third party, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

9.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

10.1 Termination Rights

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
2. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing access to the website.
3. We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10.2 Effect of Termination

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or consent. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

We offer a Referral Rewards Program subject to separate terms and conditions. If you participate in our referral program, the Referral Rewards Program Terms will apply in addition to these Website Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Referral Program Terms, the Referral Program Terms shall govern with respect to the referral program.
