Referral Rewards Program

Effective Date: April 2026

ASI offers this Referral Rewards Program to loyal clients who recommend our services to others. By participating, referrers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Reward Structure

Milestone Reward to Referrer Reward to New Client
Successful signup (contract signed + first invoice paid) $50 (paid within 30 days) —
New client remains active, paid current, and in good standing for 3 full months $25 (paid within 30 days after milestone) $25 credit applied to the next invoice

The maximum total reward per successful referral is $75 for the referrer and $25 for the new client.

Eligibility & Important Definitions

  • Referrer: Any current ASI client in good standing who refers a new client to ASI.
  • Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when all of the following conditions are met:
    1. The new client signs a service contract with ASI.
    2. The new client pays the first invoice in full.
    3. The new client was not previously in contact with ASI or already in the sales pipeline.
  • Retention Milestone: The new client remains active, paid current, and in good standing for three (3) consecutive full calendar months following the date of the first paid invoice.
  • New Client: An individual or business that has not previously held a service contract with ASI and is not a current or former client.
  • Exclusions: Self-referrals, referrals of existing clients, and referrals of prospects already engaged with ASI are not eligible for rewards.

How Referrals Work

To submit a referral, contact ASI directly with the prospective client's name and contact information. ASI will verify that the prospect is not already in the sales pipeline. Once confirmed, the referral will be tracked and the referrer will be notified of their eligibility status.

Payout Process

  1. Signup Bonus: The $50 referrer reward is paid within 30 days of the new client signing a contract and paying their first invoice in full.
  2. Retention Bonus: The $25 referrer reward is paid within 30 days after the new client completes the 3-month retention milestone.
  3. New Client Credit: The $25 credit for the new client is applied to their next invoice after the 3-month retention milestone is met.
  4. Taxes: All rewards are subject to applicable tax laws. Recipients are responsible for reporting any earned rewards as income where required.

General Terms

  • ASI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the stated amounts.
  • ASI has final discretion on all eligibility determinations and reward payouts.
  • This program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless explicitly stated by ASI.
  • Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
