4. Your violation of any rights of a third party, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
2. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing access to the website.
3. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We offer a Referral Rewards Program subject to separate terms and conditions. If you participate, the Referral Rewards Program Terms will apply in addition to these Website Terms of Service.
