As the owner of a mid-sized home care agency, I was hesitant to relinquish the direct communication with my clients and caregivers to a third party after hours. We've worked with Answering Specialists for 4-5 years at least. Being in Hospice, I am glad and pleased with the type of service that is being provided when a patient or family member calls.
